Specific objectives |
· Reduce fuelwood and dung consumption by 40%. · Create a smoke-free kitchen environment. · Local energy-efficient technology producers will benefit economically. |

Results |
· By implementing 3-4 improved technologies in each school, 100 school kitchens were upgraded with fuel-efficient technologies, helping them significantly reduce their wood fuel consumption. · Targeted schools achieved fuel savings of 50-70% (63% in average) · .100 school kitchens have become smoke-free thanks to the installation of cookers and ovens equipped with exhaust pipes. · 378 EE devices installed. · As a result of the project, 14 new kitchens were created on school grounds. · As a result of the project, the total annual savings of biofuel amounted to approximately 432 tons. |
